That's pretty much the entire lyrical content of the soundtrack to the movie Suspiria by Goblin.
It's amazing (a guy gets eaten by his seeing-eye dog and a lady dies from rolling around in what appears to be a room full of slinky springs).
The soundtrack is amazing.
The posters for it are so good.
And then we somehow got to be included in this new exhibition by Darren Firth of Wear It With Pride.
His new project is called "Now Showing" and he's invited illustrators and designers to redo a cult movie poster of their choice. We are pretty much still in shock that he asked us. If you have a looky at the Wear It With Pride website you can see his beautiful last project on portraits. And if you look at the page on the movieposter exhibition and book - here - you'll see a list of names that looks at first glance like a list of our heroes but is in fact the list of contributors. It's gonna be gooooooooooood. We are excited.

Frenzy Pop
Popfrenzy Website Gets Live
After a looong time the new Popfrenzy website we designed is up and live on your friendly local internet. JT did a spectatular job building it and its custom-made CMS so all thankyous to him for that. It's a bit of a work in progress with a lot of content still to be added (Popfrenzy have a very laaaaaaarge archive of amazingness) but it's sitting pretty at the moment with recent news on their latest awesome tours and releases. www.popfrenzy.com.au
Also - they are putting out the new Black Mountain CD and it's so good it's rendered me unable to listen to anything that's not by Black Mountain. Get your witchy on.

Progress. In. Work.
We're happily beavering away. On an animated short film with our buddies Forays For You. It might take a while to finish yet but we added some grabs and illustrations we've made for it already in our Motion section - here. That thar boat is called the "Golemetta". And something awful happened on it.

Frenzied Exhibitionist
The Wrath & The Fury
This stupid picture of Sonny smiting the Louvre with thunderbolts (above) bears no relevance to anything really. Exept that the Louvre is an Art Gallery and we just uploaded some pics of the work we had in the Monster Children Post Wood show - here. And the China Heights 100th Show - here. A couple of these works will probably be for sale in our "shop" when we get it happening and live on this site - here - soon. (ish)

FAR OUT
How Bad Are These Photos?
Pretty bad. They are all fuzzy. But they are of the really very nice and good gallery space at MTV, which is currently decorated with a large array of our posters and screen-prints. The MTV Gallery is at 14-16 Yurong St East Sydney and if you went there in real life it would be way more sharp and unfuzzy! Our posters will be there over the Christmas break so if you are in the area please drop in and have a look. You can also buy some, should the fancy take you.

On Lost
Things that are actually happening in the present or the future... and are depicted in the image above... moving left to right... are..... the End-of-year Group Exhibition at Monster Children Gallery, OPENING 6th December 2007. 6PM. We've both got a piece in the exhibition "Post-Wood", and there's some amazingly great names on the bill - so many we can't type them all and so universally great we can't pick any out to write just a few. Show is up until Dec 22 and all works are on paper and all works are priced under $500.
Then there's the issue of TimeOut Sydney thats out this week all about Sydney Songs which has a picture we drew on the cover. And then there's the upcoming Jacky Winter Explosion - which you can read about here and promises just about everything you could ever dream of. Bird-handlers! It's on December 20 at the Carlton Club Hotel in Melbourne, Biddy will have work in it - and it looks like it will be a doozy.

Talons
Rule
We love Talons. They are launching their EP at the Hopetoun on November 30 and you really should be there. We got all inspired'n'shit and made a wee poster for it. It lives in our Poster Section.

Capital L
Muralization
We were lucky enough to be part of a gang mural attack on the walls of Capital L for their 7th birthday celebrations. Joe Allen willed it so, and it was so. They had a block party to celebrate the other night. It was loud. It was fun. Garbage collector men were collecting garbage and dancing in the street. The peoples who painted on the wall were: XX'Zilla, Jonathan Zawada, Brett Chan, Ainslie Fletcher, Joespeh Allen, Dave Ladd, Jaime Fazackerley and Erin Forsyth (who took these photos). And us. Our stuff is the Toad and Mole knife fight. Capital L is at 333 South Dowling St Darlinghurst (corner of Taylor Street)
